97055 - UVALOC 1000 Cure Chamber

The UVALOC 1000 chamber version 97055 is designed for manual loading and can be used at workstations such as in shops and laboratories.The lamp's emission spectrum and radiant power capacity have been designed specifically to meet the requirements of UV-curable Loctite adhesives.It is equipped with a 1000 W medium pressure mercury arc lamp to provide good tack-free and depth of cure. The expected bulb life is 800 hours. Visible light bulbs for deep penetration or fe-doped mercury arc bulbs for combined tack-free and in depth curing are possible options. The 97055 is a closed system with safety door locking and a pneumatically driven shutter, preventing operators from exposure during loading and unloading. The door is made out of tanned plastics, which secures 100% protection of UV radiation. UVALOC 1000 can be operated with 500 W and 1000 W. At the programmable controller the bulb hours, the unit hours and the UV intensity can be supervised.
